The philosophy behind our activities (Empowering Art For Change) is based on a set of values which are mapped and discribed here in our Mind Mapping For Another Humanity.

EXTERNAL LOGIC - FRAGMENTED APPROACH

The Human Being destroys Humanity everyday. He is the only living being who destroys himself, who destroys his fellow men and his environment to such extend. This is a tragically true fact that no one could honestly deny. He reaches this level of self-destruction, which has considerably increased during the XXth century, because he is trapped into a logic, which we call “external” (or “fragmented”). This approach leads him to an egocentric and blind way, based on fear, possessions (of goods and beings) and beliefs (such as the Patriarchy and the Cartesian way of thinking). To renounce to this external logic and the system it creates, it is to free oneself from it. Not in order to create another system to replace it, because this new system would quickly produce its own limitations and conditionings. But in order to understand the global mechanism in which we all are, we Human Beings, most of the time, and whatever our origins. To be able to recognize the falsehood and the destructive capacity of this external logic is the first step to freedom, love and truth, to what we call the “internal” logic (or the “holistic” approach).
Each of us is involved into this world of violence and destruction of the Humanity; we are not neutral. No reform or revolution, which falls within the framework of this external and fragmented approach, could ever change this destructive system created by human beings. Every action that does not reject this external logic totally, and that does not take the absolute unity of life, will inevitably lead to more confusion in the Humanity. Therefore, it happens to get the gist of this logic, to deny it totally and to act consequently.
This understanding does not require any preliminary knowledge and is not dependent on time. It arises in a moment of lucidity because there is no middle term between unconsciousness and the awakening. It is a matter of seeing what it is, without conditionings of any kind (political, religious, national, societal, familial, etc.). Therefore, this map is not a conceptualisation exercise. It is rather an attempt to see things as they are, in their essence, their global nature and their truth, in order to free energy for holistic action and freedom. Because seeing is acting. Nevertheless, this map is only worth for its author, because each one has to be a light for himself, has to know himself alone, has to find the sources of his conditionings, to consciously act on this basis. No one can tell what truth is because everyone has to find it by himself. Truth is like the wind, we cannot invite it. It only comes when our inner house is open.

INTERNAL LOGIC - HOLISTIC APPROACH

The internal logic places the human being in a holistic and cosmic perspective, in which he is awakened to the absolute unity of life, and not fragmented and centred on him-self anymore. He has a global understanding of human behaviour and does not wait any change in the society that would come from outside him. Because he knows that change comes from the action of everyone based on self-knowledge. He has a global understanding of himself and of human daily life mechanisms. He totally rejects the external logic and the fragmented thinking, as well as the system it has created. With his actions, which arise from this understanding and this rejection, he contributes everyday to the emancipation of Humanity from the chaos in which it is. The awakened human being is free from any conditioning, authority, believes, dogmas, traditions, fears, attachment and images of him. He knows that the only psychological time that exists is the present time where are located actions and what is. He has overcome ego and its traps as well as the artificial division of human mind into past, present and future. He sees that this division, which feeds the ego, creates a permanent conflict between what was, what is and what it should be. This process of division deviates human beings from the only important thing: the right action in the present.
The holistic approach is a logic where harmony between the known and the unknown flourishes, where human beings are permanently awakened to the movements of their internal and external environments, where love, freedom and truth are the core values. It is with this necessary internal revolution that the awakened human being contributes to the coming of a new Humanity. The understanding of this internal logic does not require any preliminary knowledge and is not dependent on time. It arises in a moment of lucidity because there is no middle term between unconsciousness and the awakening. Nevertheless, this map is only worth for its author, because each one has to be a light for himself, has to know himself alone, has to find the sources of his conditionings, to consciously act on this basis.
